Please check in with your airline at the airport no later than two (3) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Passengers are responsible to contact their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual.
Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part or total based on their own rules which are updated frequently.
Some discounted or promotional airfares as well as some code-share flights are not eligible for mileage accrual.
We will record frequent flier numbers when provided by the passenger prior to travel documents being issued. However, the addition of frequent flier numbers to airline records does not guarantee mileage eligibility which is at the sole discretion of each airline.
We highly recommend passengers to provide their frequent flier account information whenever checking in online and/or at the airport check-in desk.
After travel has commenced, it is often not possible to apply for frequent mileage credit.
Passengers are also responsible to determine whether previously earned mileage may be applied to flights to secure upgrades.
Any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked.
Reservations are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of rebooking.
Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee which may be as much as the full value of the airline ticket plus a $100 revision fee per change.
Traveling With Cents will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy.
Name changes must be submitted in writing.
No text messages or voice mails will be accepted.
Traveling With Cents is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines.
Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without prior notice.
Traveling With Cents is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last minute airline flight and payment due dates.
If full payment is not received, seats will be cancelled by the airline and may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights or at the same airfare.
Any replacement air arrangements and airfare will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Traveling With Cents is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of original flight departure time.
Should there be a need for name changes due to incorrect information provided, a charge of $250 per person will apply, in addition to any supplier fees incurred. It's important to recognize that name alterations to airline reservations may necessitate full cancellation and rebooking. The replacement of one traveling passenger with another constitutes a cancellation, subject to associated penalties, and falls outside the scope of this Reservation Name Changes policy. Any changes or additions made after departure will be subject to local rates at the time of amendment, and passengers must directly settle these fees with the service provider. Please note that unused services are non-refundable. (NO text messages or voice mails will be accepted)
Checked bags are typically limited to a total dimension of 62 inches (length + width + height) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23 kg). Many airlines charge for checked bags.
Traveling With Cents is not responsible for these fees or any excess luggage charges.
If your luggage is lost or damaged, you must file a baggage claim form with the carrier before leaving the airport. We recommend using brightly colored luggage tags or straps to help identify your bags.

Traveling With Cents is NOT responsible for additional fees for baggage or seating.
Baggage fees are not included in all-inclusive packages.
To cancel your reservation, please submit your request in writing. Text messages and voicemails are not accepted.
Cancellation will incur a $200 fee per person.
Send your cancellation request by email to either your Travel Expert or to customerservice@travelingwithcents.com including your
booking number, full name, and travel dates.
Remember to complete the provided cancellation request form.
If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please follow up with us.
For airline tickets booked through Traveling with Cents, please note that they are 100% non-refundable and subject to the airline's penalties and fees.
If you experience any issues with your cancellation, your Travel Expert will assist you.
The cancellation charge will appear on your credit card statement from our supplier or the airline directly. Processing may take 3-10 business days before it is reflected on your statement.

Please be aware that initiating chargebacks may result in the cancellation of your reservation and could affect your ability to book future travel with Traveling With
Cents.
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The minimum age for children on most vacation packages is 6 months.
- Minimum age for South Africa and Dubai vacation packages is 12.
- Minimum age for European vacation packages is 12.
- Minimum age for cruise is 6 months old and child must sail in a cabin with an adult over age of 25 years of age.
- Discounts for children sharing a room as third person may apply to children under 12 at some resorts on Caribbean and Mexico Tours.
- Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate.
- Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel.
Although only a valid government ID and an original birth certificate are required, we strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.
Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice.
Furthermore, cruise ships may be chartered and/or departure dates canceled, Traveling With Cents takes no responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes imposed by a cruise line and is not responsible for any losses you may incur including the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees CRUISING PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP required for sailing EITHER a valid passport / passport card (preferred) OR a Raised Seal State Issued Birth Certificate and a State Issued Photo ID Boarding will be denied without proper proof of citizenship.
Traveling With Cents is not responsible for anyone who misses the ship and can't get back without Valid Passport.
To secure all new reservations, both a deposit and a completed registration form are mandatory.
The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The deposit amount required for each reservation will be clearly conveyed.
Payments can be made using major credit cards (with a 4% fee), Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App, with the associated fees being the responsibility of the depositor.
Following the initial deposit, monthly payments are compulsory.
The final payment must be received no later than the date specified in your invoice.
Final payments are not automatically charged. Please mark the final payment date on your calendars, as reminders may not be sent.
Contact your travel expert or send an email to customerservice@travelingwithcents.com at least 30 days before the due date to discuss any late payment arrangements.
Note that text messaging is not accepted for communication.
A late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after the final payment date. Late
fees may vary.
All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking.
To ensure group unity, Traveling With Cents reserves the right to accept, reject, or expel any individual deemed disruptive or incompatible with the group’s interests.
This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, which could negatively impact the group experience.
Any resulting expenses, including cancellation fees or costs for alternate travel arrangements or returning home, will be the passenger's responsibility.
All unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their recommendations.
Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required.
Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.
Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis.
Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume group travel. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will necessarily be borne by the passenger.
Please note that some countries may require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment for in-bound foreign flights. A list of such countries is available at:http://www.dot.gov/…/avi…/aircraft-disinsection-requirement
To qualify for any complimentary honeymoon or anniversary package, you MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate (a photocopy is recommended).
Failure to provide proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable).
Please notify your Traveling With Cents travel expert if you are celebrating a honeymoon or
anniversary so that this can be noted in your reservation.
Typically, a resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon or
anniversary date.
All rooms are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) with private facilities, unless you
have specifically requested a king or double bed.
While we will request your preferred bed type, it is subject to availability, and room selection is at the hotel's discretion on a
run-of-house basis.
Some single rooms may be smaller than standard rooms, and room
size is not determined by the number of occupants.
Air-conditioning standards abroad, particularly in many European hotels built before central air was common, differ from those in the United States.
In some cases, air-conditioning may be turned off at night or during certain months.
Hotel rates are fixed based on agreements with our suppliers and are not negotiable.
Check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before noon.
If you have a late-night flight, ensure you have made adequate accommodation arrangements.
We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal standard, with no refunds for any differences in accommodation costs.
Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all names change fees, if applicable.
Please notify your Traveling With Cents travel expert within 24 hours of receipt regarding any discrepancies, misspellings, or inaccuracies.
Errors reported after this 24-hour period may not be repairable or reconcilable without a fee assessed to the traveler.
Traveling With Cents is not liable for any fees incurred after the 24-hour period.
Traveling With Cents is also not responsible for incorrect airline ticket travel dates reserved outside of a Traveling With Cents Vacation package (i.e., if the traveler books airfare independently).
If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. Please see each individual tour description for late fee cost.
Should medical attention be required; local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. Traveling With Cents and the vendor are not responsible for the services provided.
After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly payments.
Reservations may be canceled without notice if no payment is received within 60 days, and all previous payments will be forfeited.
If you encounter a financial hardship and cannot make a monthly payment, please email your travel expert or at customerservice@travelingwithcents.com immediately to avoid cancellation.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.
Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
Any information provided in the
travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
Traveling with cents does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US.
We accept payments in US dollars, money orders, major credit or debit cards, PayPal (for amounts under $500), Cash App (you are responsible for all fees) and Uplift.
Payments can also be made by phone using a major credit or debit card.

We emphasize transparent fees and open communication at Traveling With Cents. A planning fee of $100.00 is required and payable upfront before we begin the trip planning process. This fee covers planning for one destination and is valid for 10 days, allowing for one revision. If you decide to book your trip with us, the $100.00 will be applied towards your travel expenses. If you choose not to proceed with a booking, this fee compensates Traveling With Cents for the time, research, and resources dedicated to creating
your personalized travel experience. We are committed to accommodating your preferences every step of the way!
Traveling With Cents may take photographs or videos of its trips. Trip participants grant
Traveling With Cents permission to use these photographs or videos for promotional or
commercial purposes without compensation.
All prices listed are per person based upon shared room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. All payments to Traveling With Cents are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This is due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds.
This policy helps us keep our package prices competitive and offer monthly payment options for your vacation.
If you purchased travel insurance through Traveling With Cents, refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid minus the cost of travel insurance and the Traveling With Cents service fee, or through a company check if payment cannot be reversed to your credit card(s).
After the final payment date, any request for a refund will incur a cancellation fee from the vendor, as your reservation and accommodations.
If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.

Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00 p.m. (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 p.m. your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc. until you are notified that your room accommodation is ready for check in.
If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per person occupancy rate.
Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request
Transfers are provided for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach, provided airfare is purchased from Traveling With Cents.
If you purchase a land-only tour or deviate from the stated arrival and/or departure dates in the itinerary, you will need to arrange your own transfer to the hotel.
Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time to accommodate minor delays.
Traveling With Cents or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time.
In case of a delay due to flight issues, immigration and customs, or reporting baggage damage or loss, you will be responsible for arranging your own transfer, such as a taxi.
Transfer costs are non-refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility.
Please review these documents immediately upon receipt. If full payment is received by the Final Payment Due date, travel documents and instructions will be emailed to you 14-21 days before travel.
If you prefer to receive your documents by mail, please confirm your mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) to ensure proper delivery. A $25.00 fee will apply for returned documents.
Protect your investment with Travel Insurance, which covers Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, Medical Expenses, and more.
Without it, you may face penalties due to natural disasters, pandemics, or cancellations for any reason. We
recommend insurance for all travel packages and offer it on all-inclusive and customized itineraries.

We recommend selecting a trip that matches your physical capabilities. If you require any form of assistance, including help with physical disabilities, sight, or hearing
impairments, please notify your Traveling With Cents travel expert before making a reservation for review and approval.
Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by someone responsible for providing the necessary services.

Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Traveling With Cents seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific vacation package/itinerary.
Nevertheless, you may find that certain features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters.
Passengers are required to advise Traveling With Cents travel expert of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Traveling With Cents travel expert
to determine if reasonable accommodations are available.
Traveling With Cents travel experts will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases.
For International Travels, hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate.
