By booking this package, you accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies and abide by the travel guide below:

• Travel Documents: Verify that you have the correct travel documents. Check with the consulate or visa agency to determine if visas or additional passport pages are needed. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. For U.S. citizens, ensure your passport includes a full blank “VISA” page. Non-U.S. citizens should confirm entry requirements with their relevant consulate.

  Itineraries and instructions will be emailed 20 days or earlier before your trip, provided full payment is received by the due date. Notify us of any changes to your email address. Note that text messaging is not accepted for communication.

• Reservations: Make reservations in the full name as it appears on your passport.
• Registration Form: A completed registration form is required for new reservations. Designate one of our travel experts on the form to initiate the registration process. Fill out
  all required fields. Your submission indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Contact us if you need any clarifications.
• Flight Arrangements: When booking your flight to Cancun, Mexico, plan to arrive no later than 4:00 PM.  Purchase your flights at least 30 days before departure. Inform your travel expert after booking your flight for shuttle arrangements to the resort.
• Flight Booking: Begin searching for flights 9 months before the event. Set alerts on travel sites to monitor price drops. Use airport code CUN for Cancun International Airport.
• Flight Information: After booking your flight, email your travel expert or customer service to arrange shuttle transfers to the resort. Note that text messaging is not accepted
  for flight information. If you arrive or depart outside the trip dates (January 30, 2025 - February 02, 2025), you are responsible for your own transfers.
• Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $300 is required at booking to secure your reservation. The package price may fluctuate until the deposit is received.
• Payment Options: We offer a payment plan via Visa credit/debit card. Final payment is due by December 31, 2024. Pricing may vary until the deposit is received. You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
• Monthly Payments: If opting for the payment plan, monthly payments are mandatory. A reservation may be canceled without notice if no payment is received within 60 days. Contact your travel expert immediately if you encounter financial difficulties.

• Late Payments: Any outstanding balance after the final payment due date will incur a late fee, effective the day after the due date.
• Full Payment: You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: Ensure all payments are made by the specified dates on your vacation package. Email your travel expert at least 30 days before the due date for late payment arrangements. Final payment is due by December 31, 2024.
• Hotel Arrival: We recommend arriving before 4:00 PM.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will incur a $200 fee per person. Email your cancellation request to your Travel Expert or to customerservice@travelingwithcents.com with your booking number, full name, and travel dates. Complete the provided cancellation request form. Contact us if you do not receive acknowledgment within 48 hours.
• Non-Refundable Payments: Deposits are nonrefundable and not transferred probable even with travel protection.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Secure your reservation today at the current price.
• Passport: A valid passport is required. Apply for one as soon as possible if you do not already have a valid passport.
• Timely Payments: Ensure timely monthly payments to keep your reservation current. Your roommate, if applicable, must also make timely payments.
• Name Changes: Allowed with a $250 fee up to the final payment date.
• Late Payment: A $250 late fee per person will apply after the final payment due date. Late payments must be approved by management before the deadline.
• Contact Information: Keep your travel expert or customer service informed of any changes to your email address, as it is our primary method of communication. We do not accept text messaging for any updates.

Occupancy Details

• Single Occupancy: one person per room (Please contact your travel expert for pricing.)
• Double Occupancy: two person per room
  • For couples, one large bed
  • Others, one single bed per person
  • For special accommodations, please contact your travel expert.
• Adult-Only Resort: Only 21 years old and above is allowed.
• Handicap Accessible: The resort is handicap accessible. Please let us know in advance if you or anyone you're traveling with requires an accessible room.

What's not included

• Travel to Cancun, Mexico: International and domestic flights to Cancun, Mexico are not included in this package.
• Personal Expenses and/or Items
