Please check in with your airline at the airport no later than two (3) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Passengers are responsible to contact their airline directly regarding mileage eligibility and accrual.
Airline frequent flier programs determine whether to award miles in part or total based on their own rules which are updated frequently.
Some discounted or promotional airfares as well as some code-share flights are not eligible for mileage accrual.
We will record frequent flier numbers when provided by the passenger prior to travel documents being issued. However, the addition of frequent flier numbers to airline records does not guarantee mileage eligibility which is at the sole discretion of each airline.
We highly recommend passengers to provide their frequent flier account information whenever checking in online and/or at the airport check-in desk.
After travel has commenced, it is often not possible to apply for frequent mileage credit.
Passengers are also responsible to determine whether previously earned mileage may be applied to flights to secure upgrades.
Any name change, including minor spelling corrections, may require the cancellation and rebooking of airline reservations.
Rebooking is subject to the availability and pricing in effect at the time of the change.
Once tickets are issued, any subsequent name corrections may incur an airline rebooking fee, which could be as high as the full value of the ticket, in addition to a $100 revision fee per change.
Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for any denial of services by the airline due to name discrepancies.
All name change requests must be submitted in writing; text messages or voicemails will not be accepted.
No text messages or voice mails will be accepted.
Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for the services, policies, or actions of the airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without prior notice.
Traveling With Cents LLC is not liable for any penalties related to ticket changes, whether for domestic or international flights. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify last-minute flight details and payment deadlines.
Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of seats by the airline. Rebooking on the same flights or at the same fare may not be possible. Any replacement air arrangements and associated costs will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for any changes that may occur within 24 hours of the original flight's departure.
If name changes are required due to incorrect information provided, a fee of $250 per person will apply, in addition to any supplier fees incurred.
Please note that modifying names on airline reservations may require full cancellation and rebooking.
Replacing one passenger with another is considered a cancellation and will be subject to applicable penalties. This falls outside the scope of the Reservation Name Changes policy.
Any changes or additions made after departure will be subject to local rates at the time of the modification, and passengers will be responsible for setting these fees directly with the service provider. Unused services are non-refundable.
All requests for name changes must be submitted in writing; text messages and voicemails will not be accepted.
Checked bags are generally limited to a total dimension of 62 inches (length + width + height) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23 kg). Please note that many airlines charge additional fees for checked luggage.
Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for these baggage fees or any charges for excess luggage.
If your luggage is lost or damaged, you must file a baggage claim with the airline before leaving the airport. We recommend using brightly colored luggage tags or straps to help identify your bags.
For up-to-date baggage policies and fees, please refer to your airline's website.
Traveling With Cents LLC is NOT responsible for any additional fees for baggage or seat assignments. Baggage fees are not included in all-inclusive packages
To cancel your reservation, please submit a written request.
Cancellations via text message or voicemail are not accepted, and a $200 cancellation fee per person will apply.
Send your cancellation request by email to either your Travel Expert or [email protected]. Include your booking number, full name, and travel dates, and complete the provided cancellation request form.
If you do not receive any acknowledgment within 48 hours, please follow up with us.
For airline tickets booked through Traveling With Cents LLC, please note that these tickets are 100% non-refundable and subject to the airline’s penalties and fees. Your Travel Expert is available to assist with the cancellation process if needed.
The cancellation fee will appear on your credit card statement from our supplier or the airline directly, and processing may take 3-10 business days before it reflects on your statement

Please note that initiating a chargeback may lead to the cancellation of your reservation and could impact on your ability to book future travel with Traveling With Cents LLC.
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The minimum age for children on most vacation packages is 6 months.
- Minimum age for South Africa and Dubai vacation packages is 12.
- Minimum age for European vacation packages is 12.
- Minimum age for cruise is 6 months old and child must sail in a cabin with an adult over age of 25 years of age.
- Discounts for children sharing a room as third person may apply to children under 12 at some resorts on Caribbean and Mexico Tours.
- Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including providing any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate.
- Please note that many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a person under the age of 18 years will be traveling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-traveling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel.
Although only a valid government ID and an original birth certificate are required, we strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.
Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice. Cruise lines may charter ships or cancel departure dates, and Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for ship substitutions or itinerary changes made by the cruise line. We are not liable for any resulting losses, including airline ticket issuance or cancellation, or visa fees.
Proof of Citizenship for Cruising: For boarding, you must present either a valid passport or passport card (preferred), or a state-issued birth certificate with a raised seal along with a state-issued photo ID. Boarding will be denied without proper proof of citizenship.
Please note, Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for anyone who misses the ship and is unable to return without a valid passport.
To secure all new reservations, both a deposit and a completed registration form are mandatory.
The deposit is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The deposit amount required for each reservation will be clearly conveyed.
Payments can be made using major credit cards (with a 4% fee), Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App, with the associated fees being the responsibility of the depositor.
Following the initial deposit, monthly payments are compulsory.
The final payment must be received by the date specified on your invoice.
Please note, final payments are not automatically charged. Be sure to mark the due date on your calendar, as reminders may not be sent.
For any late payment arrangements, contact your Travel Expert or email [email protected] at least 30 days before the payment due date. Text messaging is not accepted for payment-related communications.
A late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after the final payment date, and fees may vary.
Most resorts honor these packages within 30 days before or after your honeymoon or anniversary date.
All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking.
To maintain a positive group experience, Traveling With Cents LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive or incompatible with the group’s interests.
This may include individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, as this could negatively impact the group dynamic.
Any expenses arising from such actions, including cancellation fees or costs for alternative travel arrangements or an early return home, will be the responsibility of the individual. All unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A minimum of 5 rooms must be booked for the group to qualify for our special group rates and benefits.
Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their recommendations.
Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients' health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required.
Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.
Any person who arrives to the destination ill with apparent fever or becomes ill during the tour, will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis.
Only upon clearance by an accredited medical facility will that individual be allowed to resume group travel. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary, will necessarily be borne by the passenger.
Please note that some countries may require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment for in-bound foreign flights. A list of such countries is available at:http://www.dot.gov/…/avi…/aircraft-disinsection-requirement
To be eligible for any complimentary honeymoon or anniversary package, you MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate (a photocopy is recommended).
Without proof of marriage, the resort may deny these complimentary privileges (if applicable).
Please inform your Traveling With Cents travel expert if you are celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary so it can be noted in your reservation.
Most resorts honor these packages within 30 days before or after your honeymoon or anniversary date.
All rooms are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) with private facilities, unless you
have specifically requested a king or double bed.
While we will request your preferred bed type, it is subject to availability, and room selection is at the hotel's discretion on a
run-of-house basis.
Some single rooms may be smaller than standard rooms, and room
size is not determined by the number of occupants.
Air-conditioning standards abroad, particularly in many European hotels built before central air was common, differ from those in the United States.
In some cases, air-conditioning may be turned off at night or during certain months.
Hotel rates are fixed based on agreements with our suppliers and are not negotiable.
Check-in time is generally not before 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before noon.
If you have a late-night flight, ensure you have made adequate accommodation arrangements.
We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal standard, with no refunds for any differences in accommodation costs.
Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all names change fees, if applicable.
Please inform your Traveling With Cents travel expert within 24 hours of receiving your documents if there are any discrepancies, misspellings, or inaccuracies.
Errors reported after this 24-hour window may not be correctable without a fee, which will be the traveler’s responsibility. Traveling With Cents LLC is not liable for any fees incurred after the 24-hour period.
Additionally, Traveling With Cents LLC is not responsible for incorrect travel dates on airline tickets booked independently and is not part of a Traveling With Cents LLC Vacation package.
If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. Please see each individual tour description for late fee cost.
If medical attention is needed, local services will be contacted, and any resulting charges will be the passenger's responsibility. Traveling With Cents LLC and the vendor are not liable for the quality or outcome of these services.
After your initial deposit, monthly payments are required. If no payment is received within 60 days, your reservation may be canceled without notice, and all previous payments will be forfeited.
If you experience financial hardship and cannot make a monthly payment, please contact your travel expert or email [email protected] promptly to avoid cancellation. Please note that text messaging is not accepted for payment-related communication
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and MUST VERIFY with the relevant consulate(s) or visa agency to determine if any visas or passports are required.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries also require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
Any information provided in the travel description applies to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens should consult the consulate of the country(ies) they plan to visit for up-to-date entry requirements.
Traveling With Cents LLC does not provide or validate travel requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
We accept payments in US dollars, money orders, major credit or debit cards, PayPal (for amounts under $500), Cash App (you are responsible for all fees) and Uplift.
Payments can also be made by phone using a major credit or debit card.

We prioritize transparency and open communication at Traveling With Cents LLC. A planning fee of $100.00 is required upfront before we begin the trip planning process. This fee covers one destination and is valid for 10 days, allowing for one revision. Should you choose to book your trip with us, the $100.00 will be applied toward your travel expenses. If you decide not to proceed with a booking, this fee helps compensate Traveling With Cents LLC for the time, research, and resources spent on creating your personalized travel experience. We are here to ensure your preferences are met every step of the way!
Traveling With Cents LLC may take photographs or videos during its trips. By participating in the trip, participants grant Traveling With Cents LLC permission to use these images or videos for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
All prices listed are per person based upon shared room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. All payments made to Traveling With Cents LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors, which prevent us from securing refunds.
This approach helps us maintain competitive package prices and offer flexible monthly payment options for your vacation.
If you purchased travel insurance through Traveling With Cents LLC, refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid minus the cost of travel insurance and the Traveling With Cents LLC service fee. If the payment cannot be reversed to your credit card(s), a refund will be issued via company check.
After the final payment date, any refund requests will incur a cancellation fee from the vendor, as your reservation and accommodations are considered final.
If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.

Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00 p.m. (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 p.m. your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc. until you are notified that your room accommodation is ready for check in.
If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per person occupancy rate.
Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request
Transfers for each tour are provided by car, minibus, or motor coach, exclusively for travelers who purchase airfare through Traveling With Cents LLC.
If you book a land-only tour or modify the itinerary's specified arrival or departure dates, you will need to arrange your own hotel transfers.
Arrival transfers are guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time to account for minor delays.
Traveling With Cents LLC and its transfer partners are not liable for flight delays exceeding one hour beyond the originally scheduled arrival time.
In the event of delays caused by flight issues, immigration, customs, or baggage-related matters, you will be responsible for securing your own transportation (e.g., taxi).
Transfer costs are non-refundable, and any additional expenses incurred will be your responsibility.
Please review these documents immediately upon receipt. If full payment is received by the Final Payment Due date, travel documents and instructions will be emailed to you 14-21 days before travel.
If you prefer to receive your documents by mail, please confirm your mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) to ensure proper delivery. A $25.00 fee will apply for returned documents.

Without it, you may face penalties due to natural disasters, pandemics, or cancellations for any reason. We
recommend insurance for all travel packages and offer it on all-inclusive and customized itineraries.

Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by someone responsible for providing the necessary services.

To further assist, we have partnered with Scootaround, a trusted provider of mobility equipment rentals in over 2,500 locations, including popular destinations like Orlando, Las Vegas, and New York.
However, some features of our itineraries may not fully meet the needs of travelers requiring wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility devices.
Please note that Traveling With Cents LLC cannot offer individual assistance for those using mobility aids.
Certain itineraries may not accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters.
Travelers are required to notify their Traveling With Cents LLC travel expert of any accessibility needs before booking so that we can evaluate the availability of reasonable accommodations. While we will make every effort to meet special access requirements, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
For international travel, please be aware that hotels and cruise vessels (both sea and river) outside the United States are not bound by ADA regulations. As a result, these locations may not have ramps, wide entryways, or elevators to support mobility devices.
